Brett has over 10 years experience in the design and engineering of composite structures. Brett has been involved in many high profile projects including the engineering of Super Maxi Wild Oats XI, Alinghi Americas Cup yachts SUI 91 & 100, the giant Alinghi 5 catamaran and the GC32 foiling catamaran.
Currently Brett is on a secondment to Artemis Racing for Americas Cup 35 where he is Lead Engineer of Daggerfoils and Rudders.
Brett has also been a consultant on a number of composite building facade projects within Australia and the Middle East.

Alan has grown up with a sailing background and went on to study Naval Architecture, graduating in 2004. Since then Alan has spent time at SP Systems (now Gurit) and Premier Composite Technologies (PCT), Dubai.
Alan has been involved in many notable projects including pleasure boats ranging from the 11ft Moth dinghy to the giant 219ft Ketch, Hetairos III and Civil structures including Dokaae Tower, Mecca.
Alan is practically minded and enjoys being involved hands on. He has sailed a Moth of his own design and construction at 3 of the 6 international Moth World Championships that he has competed in.
