Ellis Engineered is proud to have contributed to this achievement with our design, engineering, and manufacture of a pair of 5-metre tapered reaching struts. The striking carbon tubes extending from each side of the yacht, visible in the photo below.

 

Lucky completed the legendary course from Los Angeles to Honolulu in 5 days, 21 hours, and 23 minutes, surfing the Pacific swells at speeds of up to 24 knots as she stormed across the finish line.
